Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
- Plan material requirements and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts or overstocking.
- Identify and resolve conflicts between team members or stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- B.Tech (Computers) degree required; MBA preferred.
- Solid leadership skills with ability to multitask effectively.
