Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end civil construction and execution of the high-rise residential project.

- Plan and monitor construction schedules, milestones and site progress.

- Supervise RCC structural work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing activities.

- Coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, structural consultants, contractors and vendors.

- Ensure construction quality, safety standards and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor BOQ, material consumption, contractor billing, project costs and wastage.

- Manage manpower deployment, subcontractors and site productivity.

- Prepare progress reports and update senior management on project status, risks and delays.

- Ensure timely completion of construction milestones while maintaining quality and budget discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of relevant civil construction experience.

- Proven experience in high-rise residential projects.

- Robust knowledge of RCC construction, execution planning, quality control and contractor management.

- Ability to independently manage site execution and coordinate multiple teams.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.
