Both-Side Cab Facility Available

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support

Document customer interactions and update CRM systems

Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments

Meet quality, productivity, and service standards

Build strong customer relationships through excellent support
