Job Overview

HCA Healthcare is looking for skilled Software Engineers with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL to join its Software Engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should possess strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute to software development and maintenance in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET and C#.
- Develop efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform debugging and root cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Support application enhancements, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.




- Excellent knowledge of SQL, database concepts, queries, and stored procedures.
- Robust programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Details

- Work Location: Hyderabad, India
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Department: Software Engineering
- General Shift: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Software Engineering Shifts: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, depending on project requirements.
- Notice Period: Candidates with notice periods of up to 90 days can be considered.

- The compensation structure includes 7–10% variable pay as part of the overall CTC.
- Candidates should have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Shift timings will depend on project allocation.
