Job Summary

Rupeeva is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations & Process Audit Executive to manage loan operations, monitor process compliance, conduct financial audits, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of loan processing, disbursements, financial controls, and NBFC regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day business operations, including loan processing, disbursements, conversions, and financial auditing.
- Conduct process audits and control testing to ensure adherence to company policies and applicable NBFC regulations.
- Oversee loan operations throughout the loan lifecycle, from origination and processing to disbursement and repayment.
- Review operational transactions, financial records, and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
- Monitor process efficiency, identify gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.




- Ensure timely completion of operational activities and maintain adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate audit records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support internal audits and follow up on audit observations until resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in business operations, process audits, loan operations, or financial services is preferred.
- Basic understanding of loan processing, disbursement procedures, and repayment cycles.
- Knowledge of internal controls, financial auditing, and regulatory compliance in the NBFC sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
