We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for an Australian International Voice Process. Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls for the Australian process.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to process guidelines.




- Maintain quality standards and meet performance expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience can apply.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with Australian business hours.

- Rating based salary each month based on performance.
