We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our products, generate business leads, and follow up with prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.
- Communicate fluently in Kannada and explain product details to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Kannada.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
