Shift: US / UK Shifts (Night/Rotational Shifts)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

Work Location: Across Bangalore

:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
- Resolve customer queries clearly and professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Adhere to process and quality guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers are welcome
- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
- Valuable communication skills in English are mandatory
- Experience in International Voice Process is preferred
- Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts




- Immediate joiners preferred
