HOD is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage and support various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR communications.

Assist in performance appraisal and confirmation processes.





Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.

Coordinate training and development activities.

Support overall HR operations and administration.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 25 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
