JOB DETAILS

- Process: International Voice Process
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years Experiance
- Education: Graduates and undergraduates can apply, subject to eligibility criteria
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Excellent verbal communication skills in English

6 months to 2 years of International Voice Process experience is mandatory

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused candidates

Experienced candidates may be eligible for up to a 30% salary hike, based on current CTC and company standards

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.




- Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Operations and support teams whenever required.
- Follow call-handling procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve assigned performance targets, KPIs, and KRAs.
