Role & responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls and provide skilled customer support.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer-handling standards.
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Shift & Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Rotational weekly offs based on business requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment.
