Job Summary
We are looking for candidates for the Ecommerce Giant Voice Associate Process. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, manage voice-based support, and ensure high standards of quality and service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Customer Support Executive (CSE) experience on paper.
- Communication Skills: Good spoken and written communication skills (V5 level required).
- Work Workplace: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Working Days: Rotational week offs.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: 22000 to 25000 CTC per month
