We are looking for candidates with:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with a focus on AR Calling
- Experience handling Federal & Commercial insurance payers in a provider setup
- Strong experience in AR Follow-up and Denials Management
- Valuable knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouses, and payer rejections
- Understanding of major AR scenarios across multiple payers
- Experience working on high-aging and high-dollar claims
- Ability to analyze claims, identify trends/root causes,
and reduce denials and rework
- Strong communication, analytical and multitasking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned Denied and AR follow-up claims and ensure timely resolution
- Meet defined productivity and quality targets
- Follow SOPs and internal processes/tools for effective claim resolution
- Prioritize claims based on aging, dollar value and payer
- Perform claim analysis and identify bulk issues, trends and root causes
- Work closely with the Team Manager and other stakeholders to resolve claims effectively
