- Design and develop mechanical components from concepts to final stage using CAD tools (SolidWorks and any CAD Software)
- Lead tolerance analysis, FEA, DFM reviews & Prototype validation
- Develop concept, detailed, and assembly designs for SPMs (SolidWorks and any CAD Software).
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
- Perform GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) for manufacturing clarity.
- Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure proper fit and function.
- Perform design calculations and engineering validation.
- Select appropriate standard components such as bearings, fasteners, motors, actuators, sensors, and linear guides.
- Ensure cost-effective and reliable component selection.
- Prepare BOM, engineering drawings, and design documents.
- Maintain ECN/ECR records and design revisions.
Preferred candidate profile Qualification : GT&TC;, Diploma, BE- Mechanical Engineering or related field.
