Key Responsibilities:

- Drive life insurance sales across Agency/Variable channel.




- Achieve assigned business targets and ensure continuous growth.
- Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring productivity and effectiveness.
- Strengthen channel relationships and support onboarding of sales employees.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Track performance metrics and take corrective actions when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Agency Channel.
- Total 5+ years of Life Insurance Sales experience.
- Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
- Age up to 50 years.
