- Strong foundation in Digital Electronics.
- Positive understanding of CMOS technology and VLSI fabrication processes.
- Solid knowledge of MOSFET operation, timing analysis, and power concepts.
- Familiarity with EDA tools through academic projects, coursework, or training programs.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Tcl.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eligibility:

- M.Tech in VLSI / Microelectronics / ECE / EE or related disciplines
- Pass-out candidates only
- Consistently strong academic performance with no active backlogs.
- Minimum aggregate score of 60% throughout
