Job Overview iEnergizer is hiring Customer Support Executives for its US Banking process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and chat interactions from US banking customers, understanding their concerns, and providing accurate resolutions related to banking cards, disputes, fraud concerns, and other account-related queries.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions related to US banking services.
- Resolve customer queries concerning debit/credit card issues, declined transactions, blocked cards, and card-related concerns.
- Assist customers with transaction disputes, unauthorized transactions, and suspected fraud-related concerns by following the prescribed verification and escalation procedures.
- Guide customers through card security procedures, transaction verification,



and dispute-registration processes.
- Handle account-related inquiries and provide accurate information after completing the required customer verification.
- Register complaints, document customer interactions, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or suspicious transactions to the appropriate team according to company policies.
- Maintain professional communication, customer confidentiality, and compliance with banking security procedures.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and turnaround-time targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling both voice and chat interactions.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
