Roles and Responsibilities

- Customer onboarding after booking
- Maintain complete and updated customer data in CRM

- Coordinate agreements and documentation
- Track payment schedules, reminders and overdue payments

- Manage customer queries and complaints

- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects and CRM teams

- Send construction and project updates

- Coordinate the registration process
- Manage pre-possession and handover process

- Maintain complete customer interaction history

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports
- Track customer satisfaction and feedback

- Identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business
