- Manage commercial vehicle loan collections and overdue recovery.
- Monitor delinquency, NPA accounts and collection targets.
- Lead and motivate the field collections team to achieve business objectives.
- Track Bucket wise collection performance and recovery productivity.
- Handle escalated cases repossession coordination and settlement negotiations as per company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and collections guidelines
- prepare regular collection reports and provide performance updates to management.
