Computer Hardware Trainer L2/L3 Chip-Level Repair

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Computer Hardware Trainer who can provide technical training on laptop motherboard repair, L2-level troubleshooting, and chip-level component replacement. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of hardware diagnostics and the ability to train technicians effectively.

Role & responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training on laptop hardware and motherboard repair.
- Train technicians on L2/L3-level chip-level repair, including component identification, testing, and replacement.
- Provide hands-on training in motherboard troubleshooting, circuit analysis, and fault diagnosis.
- Train candidates on the use of multimeters, DC power supplies, soldering stations, and hot-air rework stations.
- Explain laptop power circuits, charging circuits, BIOS issues, and common motherboard faults.
- Train technicians in component-level replacement, soldering, and desoldering techniques.




- Evaluate trainees' technical skills through practical assessments.
- Prepare training materials, technical manuals, and assessment reports.
- Ensure trainees follow ESD safety procedures and proper repair practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in laptop motherboard repair and chip-level troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of L2-level laptop repair and electronic components.
- Practical experience with BGA rework, soldering, and motherboard circuit diagnosis.
- Good communication and technical training skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner.

Preferred candidate profile

- Previous experience training laptop repair technicians.
- Experience in laptop refurbishment, service centres, or motherboard repair facilities.
