About the Role

Join our Integration practice and work with Red Hat OpenShift and cloud platforms supporting containerized workloads for banking and enterprise clients.

You will receive structured training and mentorship from senior architects while gaining exposure to real-world production environments and DevOps technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of OpenShift clusters.
- Work with projects, deployments, routes, services and storage.
- Containerize applications using Docker/Podman.
- Deploy applications using YAML manifests and Helm charts.
- Monitor pods and cluster health and troubleshoot common issues.
- Troubleshoot issues such as CrashLoopBackOff, image pull errors and resource limits.
- Write basic Bash/Shell scripts for automation, health checks and administrative tasks.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton or GitLab CI.
- Support Git and GitOps workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and change records.
- Be flexible to work in shifts.

Must-Have Skills

- Basic knowledge of Docker images, containers, Dockerfiles, registries and volumes.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes Pods, Deployments, Services,



Namespaces, ConfigMaps and Secrets.
- Comfortable working with Linux command line RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu.
- Basic Bash/Shell scripting.
- Basic networking concepts IP, DNS, ports, load balancing and TLS.
- Basic Git knowledge.
- Good communication skills and solid willingness to learn.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Hands-on exposure to OpenShift Local/CRC, Developer Sandbox, Minikube or Kind.
- Basic knowledge of Helm, Ansible or Terraform.
- Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana or ELK/EFK.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure or IBM Cloud.
- Python scripting.
- Kubernetes/OpenShift certifications such as CKA, CKAD, EX180 or EX280.
- Academic/personal projects involving Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.
