Role & responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, faade details, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for project integration.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations, DCR, NBC, and statutory requirements.
- Attend site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Prepare design presentations, reports, and client submissions.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities and relevant government agencies.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution
