Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellors to guide learners in making informed education and career decisions. The role involves counseling students, understanding their academic goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students via calls, chats, and in-person interactions
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses/colleges
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and timelines
- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into enrollments




- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets
- Willingness to work from office in Gurugram

Mandatory Requirements:

- Own laptop i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD
- Android smartphone

Compensation:

- CTC 25K per month.
- BYOD and BYOM included in the CTC
- Incentives — performance-linked, disbursed separately as per the applicable incentive policy (not part of CTC).
- If anyone is interested in pursuing an Online MBA, we are offering up to 20% off on the course fees.

Employment Terms:

- This is a contractual engagement for an initial period of 11 months. Based on satisfactory performance and business requirements, the role may be converted to a full-time permanent position
- The role is fully onsite in Gurugram — no work-from-home option
- Notice period is as specified in the individual Offer Letter
- Leaving without serving notice may be treated as absconding
