The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students, explain educational programs, guide them through the admission process, and follow up on enquiries to support enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, academic programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up on leads generated through calls, websites, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission-related queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and enrolment targets.
- Provide professional, courteous, and accurate information to students.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate or undergraduate candidates with good communication skills may apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
