Role Description The Visiting Industry Faculty role is a full-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality, practice-oriented training to learners in life sciences and related domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating course content, preparing case studies and real-world examples, and conducting live online sessions, workshops, and masterclasses. The faculty member will collaborate with academic partners and internal stakeholders to align curricula with current industry standards and regulatory expectations.

Additional tasks include mentoring learners, evaluating assignments and projects, providing structured feedback,



and contributing to curriculum enhancement and new program development. The role also involves participation in academic-industry outreach, guest lectures, and stakeholder meetings to help maintain the relevance and impact of Clinovitas’ training offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong domain expertise in one or more areas such as Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Operations (CTAs & Amendments), or Advanced Biostatistics (SPSS, Prism, R).
- Proficiency in curriculum design, instructional planning, and developing industry-aligned course materials and assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor in a remote learning environment, including conducting interactive online sessions and workshops.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and academic writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning content.
- Relevant advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biostatistics, public health, or a closely related field; industry certifications in CDM, PV, or regulatory affairs are an advantage.
- Significant skilled experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences organizations, preferably in roles related to clinical operations, safety, data, or regulatory functions.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020, NAAC Criteria, and academic quality assurance processes, or willingness to learn and apply these frameworks.
