Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, appointments, and student enquiries efficiently.
- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, admission requirements, and student visa procedures.
- Assess students’ academic profiles, financial backgrounds, and eligibility criteria to provide suitable guidance.
- Resolve student queries effectively before registration and convert eligible enquiries into registrations and enrolments.
- Manage student documentation, application processing, follow-ups, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with students, parents, universities, colleges, and internal departments to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate student records, reports, enquiry databases, and administrative documentation.
- Prepare professional emails and correspondence in English.
- Work towards achieving counselling, registration, enrolment, and sales targets.




- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining ethical and transparent counselling practices.

Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of overseas education, student admissions, visa procedures, and documentation requirements.
- A sales-oriented and target-driven mindset, with the ability to convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Good organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and data entry.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Previous experience in the overseas education, immigration, or visa industry will be preferred.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
