About Us

Zohive Marketing is a brand-focused marketing agency creating scroll-stopping content for modern brands. We’re looking for an experienced video editor who can turn raw footage into high-energy, premium-quality videos that grab attention and hold it.

Role Overview

You’ll edit short-form and long-form content for social media and brand campaigns, including Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and promotional videos. We want someone who already knows what good editing looks like and can deliver it independently, quickly, and consistently.

What You’ll Do

- Edit engaging, high-retention videos from raw footage, scripts, and briefs
- Create high-energy edits with fast cuts, sharp pacing, and strong hooks
- Apply speed ramping, motion blur, smooth transitions, and dynamic zooms
- Design kinetic typography and animated text that elevate the story
- Add sound design, music sync, and SFX that match the rhythm of the edit
- Colour correct and grade footage for a clean, aesthetic, premium look
- Adapt content across formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for different platforms
- Take feedback well, revise quickly, and meet deadlines without constant follow-up
- Stay current with editing trends, effects, and platform-specific styles

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

- 2–3+ years of qualified editing experience (freshers,



please don’t apply)
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proven skill in fast-cut, high-energy editing
- Hands-on experience with motion blur, speed ramping, and kinetic typography
- Good eye for aesthetic, premium-quality edits , including pacing, framing, and colour
- Understanding of what makes content creative, engaging, and retention-friendly
- A portfolio showing your best work

Tools we expect you to know:

- Adobe Premiere Pro (primary)
- Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics and text animation)
- Adobe Photoshop (for basic thumbnails and graphics)
- CapCut (for quick social edits)
- Basic audio editing (Premiere’s Essential Sound panel or Adobe Audition)

Good to have:

- Basic colour grading (Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads
- Understanding of brand storytelling and social media trends
- Basic motion design skills (shape animation, masks, tracking)

Compensation ₹3,60,000 per annum (₹30,000 per month), fixed.
