About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a creative agency, digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media house, or film production company.

The candidate will be responsible for editing engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, brand promotions, and social media. We are looking for someone with strong storytelling abilities, creative thinking, visual aesthetics, and an understanding of current digital content trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create promotional videos, brand films, product videos, advertisements, and marketing campaign content.
- Work on short-form and long-form video projects based on client and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative, design, social media, and digital marketing teams to develop compelling visual content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and colour corrections.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and campaign objectives.
- Adapt video content into different formats and aspect ratios for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging creative formats.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Review feedback and make revisions to deliver polished,



high-quality final videos.
- Organise project files, footage, audio assets, and final exports efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of skilled experience in video editing.
- Experience working in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media industry, or film production environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation is preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for basic visual editing is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, colour grading, audio synchronisation, and storytelling.
- Experience creating engaging social media content, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into visually appealing content.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in digital advertising, brand campaigns, social media content, and promotional videos.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills and creative versatility.
- Someone who understands audience engagement and how to create visually compelling content for digital platforms.
- Candidates who can combine creativity with technical expertise and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
