Role Description This full-time Video Editor role is for hybrid position based in Lucknow.

The Video

Editor will assemble and refine raw footage into compelling short-form videos, UGC-style content, and street interview edits aligned with client goals and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include cutting and sequencing clips, adjusting sound, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and titles, and preparing content optimized for social platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative team on concepts and storyboards, maintaining organized project files and asset libraries,



and delivering high-quality, on-time exports in required formats.

The Video

Editor will also provide creative input on pacing, storytelling, and visual style to help brands become “impossible to ignore.”

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and social-first content.
- Candidates should possess solid Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent, visually appealing footage.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics skills for dynamic text, transitions, and simple animations.
- Candidates should possess Graphics skills for thumbnails, overlays, and basic social media visual assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Attention to detail, strong sense of pacing and storytelling, and ability to interpret creative briefs.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate effectively with a small creative team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in social media content, UGC-style videos, or marketing campaigns is preferred; a portfolio or showreel is required.
