Key Responsibilities

- Daily Reels &
- Shorts (1–2 per day):

Edit high-retention 9:16 vertical videos (15–45s) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.

- 3-Second Hook Mastery: Build robust visual and audio hooks in the first 0–3 seconds (ASMR texture close-ups, light-up switches, speed ramps, curiosity text) to maximize watch time.

- Trend &

- Audio Curation:

Scout viral audio tracks, meme formats, and pacing styles before they peak.

- Motion Graphics &

- Captions:

Add animated subtitles, kinetic typography, product callout badges, and clean lower-thirds.

- Cinematic Color Grading: Grade raw camera/phone footage, highlighting warm ambient 3000K lamp glows against moody room setups.

- Immersive Sound Design: Layer Foley effects (subtle 3D printer hums, clicks, whooshes, and bass drops) with balanced audio levels.

- AI Video Generation: Animate static product photos into cinematic video scenes using AI tools (Runway, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, Pika).

Required Skills &

- Qualifications





- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, plus CapCut Pro for fast-turnaround trends.

- Motion Graphics: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (kinetic text, masking, speed ramping).

- Social Media Fluency: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels &
- YouTube algorithms, retention curves, and sound-first editing.

- AI Video Tools: Familiarity or eagerness to use Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Luma, Kling, Pika, and ElevenLabs.

- Equipment: Personal laptop or workstation capable of smooth 1080p/4K video editing.

- Portfolio: A portfolio, Google Drive link, or social handles showing past edited reels/videos.
