Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos.
- Create engaging educational, promotional and personal-brand content.
- Add captions, B-roll, music, graphics and basic effects.
- Edit construction site videos, project walkthroughs and before-and-after transformations.
- Assist with occasional photo and video shoots at project sites.
- Create content in Tamil and English for social media and advertisements.
- Create Reel covers and thumbnails when required.
- Work closely with the founder to develop creative content ideas.

Preferred Skills
- Valuable knowledge of video editing tools and apps.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing and visual presentation.
- Basic colour correction, audio editing and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is required.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Interest in architecture, construction or interiors is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A creative and enthusiastic individual who can turn raw footage into engaging, professional content, take feedback positively and meet deadlines. We value creativity and editing skills more than qualifications. Portfolio is important.
