Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit promotional videos, reels, short-form videos, and YouTube content.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, subtitles, background music, and sound effects.
- Create engaging video content for social media marketing campaigns.
- Perform video trimming, colour correction, audio synchronisation, and basic motion graphics.
- Adapt videos to different platform formats and aspect ratios.

Teamwork & Delivery

- Coordinate with the digital marketing, sales, and content teams.
- Understand project briefs and incorporate client feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ensure all designs and videos meet the company's quality standards.
- Organise creative files and maintain project records.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition, and visual storytelling.




- Knowledge of social media creative formats and video trends.
- Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

* Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with a solid portfolio may apply.
- Experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing previous designs and edited videos is preferred.

Performance Expectations

* Deliver creative and high-quality designs and videos on time.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all client projects.
- Respond positively to feedback and revisions.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve client engagement and brand visibility.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
