Key Responsibilities

- Short-Form Editing: Edit Reels and short videos using strong hooks, engaging captions, and sound effects to keep people watching.
- Long-Form Talking-Head Editing: Edit long talking-head videos (like podcasts or founder talks) to make them smooth and compelling. Cut out the boring parts, fix the pacing, and add b-roll or visuals so viewers stay hooked from start to finish.
- Enhancements: Clean up the audio, add background music, simple text animations, and good color tuning.
- Deadlines: Manage your time well and always finish your edits before the deadline.
- Teamwork:



Work closely with the team, share your ideas, and help improve our content.

Requirements

- Software Proficiency: Savvy with a professional editing software of your choice (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Wondershare Filmora, or Final Cut Pro).
- Equipment: Must bring your own laptop capable of handling video editing software smoothly.
- Language Skills: Good command of English to understand detailed video scripts and briefs.
- Work Arrangement: In-person role based in Chennai.
