Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, project videos, corporate videos, and employee engagement videos.

- Edit raw footage with appropriate cuts, transitions, effects, music, sound effects, and subtitles.

- Create videos showcasing real estate projects, property walkthroughs, site visits, events, and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Creative teams to understand content requirements.

- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.

- Add suitable text overlays, animations, graphics, logos, and branding elements.

- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and media assets.

- Stay updated with current social media video trends, editing styles, and formats.

- Ensure videos are delivered within the required timelines.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

- Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, transitions, colour correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.

- Ability to create short-form content such as Instagram Reels and promotional videos.

- Good creative sense and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

- Ability to manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

- 3-6 years of professional experience in video editing.

- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing is preferred.

- Relevant degree/diploma in Visual Communications, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, or a related field will be an advantage.

- Candidates with a robust portfolio/showreel are preferred.
