About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and student-focused Vice Principal for our CBSE-affiliated school in Adgaon, Nashik. You will work closely with the Principal to lead academics, maintain discipline, support teachers, and keep the school running smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Principal in day-to-day school administration and long-term planning
- Lead the implementation of the CBSE curriculum, assessments, and academic calendar
- Observe classes, mentor teachers, and drive continuous improvement in teaching quality
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, affiliation requirements, and statutory regulations
- Maintain student discipline, safety, and well-being, in line with POCSO and other child-protection guidelines
- Manage timetables, substitution plans, examinations,



and result analysis
- Coordinate with parents, handle grievances, and conduct PTMs
- Plan co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and school events
- Review academic records, reports, and data for school improvement
- Step in for the Principal in their absence

Requirements

- Master’s degree in a relevant subject and B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 7–10 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school, with at least 5 years in a coordinator, HOD, or leadership role
- Robust knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school compliance
- Excellent communication in English; working knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an advantage
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with MS Office and school ERP tools

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
