- Inventory Control & Warehousing: Enforce strict warehouse automation and audit controls (e.g., Just-in-Time, ABC-VED analysis) to optimize working capital and minimize stockouts or expiries.
- Technology-Driven SCM Integration: Implement automated supply chain management modules integrated directly with the hospital's central ERP to allow real-time demand tracking.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 12–15 years in complex logistics and procurement operations, with at least 5 years managing centralized supply chains for a large multi-specialty hospital group or corporate pharmacy/diagnostic network.
- Education: Degree in Engineering / Pharmacy, paired with an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations from a reputable institute.
- Competencies: Master negotiator, expert level proficiency in automated ERP supply chain modules, and strict adherence to anti-corruption and compliance policies.
