Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Planning is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s long-term strategic direction. This position leads the development of comprehensive business and financial strategies, including market expansion initiatives, product and service portfolio planning, and competitive positioning.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing market research, analyzing industry trends and financial performance, and identifying growth opportunities aligned with organizational goals.



The role collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives, performance metrics, and implementation roadmaps.

The Vice

President also prepares executive-level presentations, monitors strategic project progress, and recommends course corrections to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic planning and business planning skills, with experience developing and executing long-term corporate strategies.
- Advanced analytical skills and market research capabilities to interpret data, assess trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Solid finance knowledge, including financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis in a financial services or leasing environment.
- Proven leadership in strategic roles, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Track record in remote collaboration, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous experience in leasing, financial services, or a related sector is highly beneficial.
