We are looking for an entrepreneurial Venture Partner / Investment Partner / Partner to join us at an early stage and help shape the fund’s investment strategy, fundraising efforts, deal flow, and long-term development.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to contribute strategically to building a venture capital platform rather than simply joining an established investment team.

The Role

As a founding investment partner, you will work closely with the fund's founder to develop 4amVC’s investment strategy, build relationships across the startup and investment ecosystem, identify promising investment opportunities, and support the development of the fund.

The exact scope, seniority, responsibilities, and partnership structure will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, network, and mutual fit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Strategy & Fund Development

- Help refine the fund’s investment thesis, sector priorities, target markets, and investment criteria.
- Contribute to fund positioning, differentiation, and long-term strategic planning.
- Help build the operational and investment framework required to develop a scalable venture capital platform.

2. Deal Sourcing & Investment Evaluation

- Source high-potential startups across AI, DeepTech, robotics, industrial technology, climate technology, and other emerging sectors.
- Build relationships with founders, accelerators, incubators, universities, research institutions, and co-investors.
- Evaluate startup opportunities, business models, founding teams, market potential, and competitive positioning.
- Support due diligence, investment analysis, deal structuring, and investment committee discussions.

3. Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Leverage relevant professional networks to facilitate introductions to potential limited partners (LPs), family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and strategic investors.




- Support the development of fundraising materials, investor communications, and fund positioning.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective investors and strategic partners.
- Contribute to fundraising strategy and investor relationship management, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

4. Portfolio Support & Founder Network

- Help portfolio companies with strategic planning, hiring, partnerships, customer introductions, and future fundraising.
- Build a robust founder and investor community around 4amVC.
- Identify opportunities for co-investments, strategic collaborations, and cross-border ecosystem partnerships.

5. Ecosystem & Platform Building

- Represent 4amVC across relevant startup, technology, and investment communities.
- Develop relationships with venture studios, accelerators, research organizations, and institutional partners.
- Help establish the fund’s reputation as a credible partner for exceptional early-stage founders.

Who We’re Looking For We welcome applications from experienced professionals with one or more of the following backgrounds:
- Venture capital, private equity, angel investing, or fund management.
- Entrepreneurship, startup leadership, or building and scaling technology companies.
- DeepTech, AI, software, robotics, industrial technology, or other technology-driven sectors.
- Investor relations, fundraising, family offices, institutional investing, or strategic partnerships.
- Startup ecosystem development, accelerator leadership, or innovation and research commercialization.

Ideal candidates will bring:

- Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
- The ability to identify exceptional founders and evaluate early-stage opportunities.
- A relevant network of founders, investors, LPs, or technology leaders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute during the fund’s formative stage.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
- A long-term interest in building an investment platform.





Prior VC fund management experience is valuable but not mandatory for candidates who bring exceptional operating experience, investment judgment, relevant networks, or deep sector expertise. What Makes This Opportunity Different?

Compensation & Partnership Structure As 4amVC is at an early stage, the engagement and economic structure will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates.

Depending on the candidate’s experience, contribution, and mutual alignment, potential structures may include a full-time employment arrangement, a venture partner arrangement, or a longer-term investment partnership. Where appropriate and legally permissible, performance-linked compensation, carried interest, or other forms of economic participation may also be explored.

Any compensation, carry, equity, or partnership terms will be subject to mutual agreement, definitive documentation, and applicable regulatory requirements. The role's title and responsibilities will reflect the actual scope of the agreed engagement.
