- Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities: 
- Maintaining relationship with travel agents and responsible for agents’ growth at TravelTriangle. 
- Ensuring healthy retention rate of vendors. 
- Managing the vendor's grievances (related to payments, competition etc) 
- Time to time performance checks on Vendors to ensure quality output 
- Maintaining reports for daily activities and analyzing data to find solutions to improve efficiency in the processes. 
- Assure quality training of current travel agents on TravelTriangle platform in order to familiarize them with our systems leading to efficient functioning and target delivery. 
- Mentoring fellow team members and work collaboratively to ensure destination's overall growth. 
- CTC up to 4 LPA
