Role Description The Vendor Partner for MSME ZED Certification Services will collaborate with Xpropoint to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in understanding and obtaining ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) certification in line with government guidelines. This on-site role, based in India, involves engaging directly with MSMEs, explaining ZED requirements, coordinating documentation, and facilitating assessments with relevant authorities or certifying bodies.

The Vendor

Partner will conduct outreach activities, schedule and manage client meetings, provide guidance on process improvements, and track progress to ensure timely completion of certification steps. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records,



preparing brief reports, and resolving operational issues related to certification support. The role also includes building long-term relationships with MSMEs and local stakeholders to expand ZED adoption and promote quality and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

- Experience working with MSMEs or similar organizations, with a strong understanding of operational processes, documentation, and government schemes.
- Knowledge of quality standards, compliance procedures, or certification programs (ZED or comparable frameworks) and ability to interpret guidelines clearly.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for on-site coordination, client engagement, presentations, and relationship management.
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple client accounts, scheduling visits, tracking certification stages, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently on-site, take initiative in outreach and problem-solving, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort with digital documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with the Indian business environment and local languages in the target region is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
