Vendor Management Executive

Role: Vendor Management Executive Experience: 2–5 years in Vendor Management/Procurement/Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per business requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements.

- Monitor vendor performance, product quality, and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials or services.

- Compare quotations and evaluate vendor costs and offerings.

- Resolve vendor-related issues, delays, and service complaints.

- Maintain vendor databases, contracts, purchase orders, and documentation.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Operations, and other departments.

- Track invoices, payments, and outstanding vendor dues.

- Conduct regular vendor reviews and identify improvement opportunities.





- Ensure vendors comply with company policies and quality standards.

- Prepare vendor performance reports and cost analysis.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

Required Skills

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Good communication and relationship management abilities.

- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Attention to detail and cost-conscious approach.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
