Role Overview We are looking for VDI / Infrastructure Support Engineers with 2-4 years of experience in Citrix, VMware Horizon, VDI, or IT Infrastructure Support.

Mandatory Requirements

- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work US / rotational shifts from the Bangalore office
- Candidates with experience in Citrix / Horizon / VDI / IT Infrastructure are preferred

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Experience in Citrix / VMware Horizon / VDI or IT Infrastructure support
- Good understanding of Windows, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- Basic knowledge of networking and virtualization concepts
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams and global stakeholder.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office
