Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, along with event-driven architectures using Kafka.
- Establish and promote CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
- Lead enterprise architecture, application modernization, technology transformation, and technical governance initiatives.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-led software engineering tools and practices to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization, scalability,



and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technical leadership, with solid expertise in Java-based enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in enterprise architecture, application modernization, system integration, and technical governance.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented programming, distributed systems, application security, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding, AI-led software engineering, automated testing, and engineering productivity tools.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, review architecture and code, and drive engineering excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making skills.
