- Responsibilities:[Understand and analyze product goals, constraints, and user needs
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and rapid interactive prototypes




- Work closely with engineers and product managers to explore, define, and refine user experiences
- Take initiative to identify design opportunities and product improvements before theyre fully scoped
- Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to UI development (HTML/CSS) to help bridge design and code
- Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical needs
- Help define and evolve design systems and guidelines for consistency and scalability
