Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX Architect with strong expertise in UX strategy, user-centered design, design leadership, people management, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will lead UX design initiatives, manage a team of designers, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and deliver intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric digital experiences.

The candidate should have a strong blend of hands-on design expertise, architectural thinking, leadership capabilities, and experience managing client relationships in a consulting or digital services workplace.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12 to 18 years of experience in UX/UI design, user experience architecture, and digital product design.
- Proven experience leading design teams and managing people.
- Strong client-facing experience in consulting, digital transformation, or IT services.
- Expertise in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, user journeys, wireframes, and prototyping.




- Hands-on experience with Figma and other relevant design and prototyping tools.
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems and UX standards.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability principles, and design-to-development handoffs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and delivery commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in enterprise applications, digital platforms, SaaS products, or customer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
- Understanding of frontend technologies and design implementation constraints.
- A portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, complex design solutions, leadership, and measurable business impact.
