We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in the complete recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions across the US.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Proficient with working terminologies of W2,C2C and 1099
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Ability to assess technical skills through phone screening,



assessment and interviews
- Conduct candidate pre-screening and assess technical and functional suitability.
- Verify candidate availability, work authorization, location, compensation expectations, and notice period.
- Present qualified candidates to clients or account managers within required turnaround time.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking System (Job Diva) and various recruitment platforms.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, capable of handling a high volume of requisitions
