Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Used Car Sales to lead our True Value team at Changanassery. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and team management skills, experience in used car sales, and the ability to achieve business targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the used car sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase used car sales and business growth.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Coordinate vehicle evaluations, inspections, pricing, and inventory management.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth completion of sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in used car sales.
- Previous experience in team handling or a supervisory role will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the used car market, vehicle evaluation, and sales processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
