US Voice & Accent Trainers / Audio Speech Evaluators

Key Responsibilities

- Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI voice bot.
- Evaluate various aspects of speech including:
- US accent
- Pronunciation
- Tone
- Fluency
- Clarity
- Pacing
- Naturalness
- Assess overall conversational quality and provide structured, objective feedback .
- Follow project guidelines and meet productivity and turnaround targets .

What We’re Looking For

- Native or near-native English proficiency with a strong command of the US accent.
- Prior experience in:
- Voice & Accent Training
- International Voice/BPO
- Voice Quality Assurance (QA) or Speech Evaluation
- Robust listening skills and attention to subtle differences in pronunciation and speech patterns.
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills .
- Experience in linguistics , transcription , or AI speech projects is an added advantage.

Compensation

- Competitive pay up to 80k for the duration of the contract.
