Shift: 6.30 PM -3.30 AM

Experience required: 3+ years

Role & responsibilities

- Requirement Analysis: Review job descriptions with hiring managers to understand technical skills, soft skills, and project needs. Direct client experience.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use specialized job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn with Boolean search techniques.
- Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial phone or video interviews, check technical competencies, and format resumes.
- Visa & Compliance Management: Verify US work authorizations and visa statuses, and US tax terms like W2.
- Job Portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
