We are looking for a motivated US Staffing Recruiter with 12 years of experience in US recruitment to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Work on W2, C2C, and contract hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely submissions.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment.
- Valuable communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with US hiring processes and employment terms.
- Ability to work in the US Eastern Time (ET) shift.
